Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for providing durable, quality products and guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Within 30 days of original purchase:
Thousand Mile gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

After 30 days of original purchase:
Thousand Mile will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale.

All returns and exchanges must first be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

To Return or Exchange an item:
Our return process is easy. Just follow these simple instructions:.
  1. Obtain an RMA Number by calling or emailing our office
  2. Include a copy of your original invoice
    • You may print a copy from our website by accessing the link for Orders History
  3. Specify whether you are returning for a refund or exchange
    • For exchanges, be sure to specify the size, color and sku for replacement
  4. Cleary mark the RMA Number on the outside of the return shipment.
  5. Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Your name and billing address.
  • The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available.
