Order Status & Tracking

Order Confirmation

You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received and includes a copy of your invoice (arrives immediately upon submission of order).
  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped. You can also check the current status of your order online .

Order Status

To view the status of your Internet, Phone or Mail/Fax order online,  click Orders Management or click here. Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account.

Status Types:
Queued: indicates that your order has been placed and is waiting to be processed.
Processed
: indicates that your payment has been recieved.
Failed: the payment transaction could not be processed.
Complete: all work on the order has been completed.

To check the status of your order by phone, please call 1.800.786.7577 (M-F, 9am-5pm PST).


Order Tracking

To view your tracking information, click Orders Management  or click here . Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account.

On the Orders Management page, you will see a list of all current and past orders. Click on the Order # to see the order details. At the bottom of the Orders Detail page, click the "Track It" link to retrieve the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service.
