If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping return labels will be deducted from the refund price.

Within 30 days of original purchase:
Thousand Mile gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

After 30 days of original purchase:
Thousand Mile will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale.
